He made sure I got the particular Seltos I wanted, I filled out the application online, then went & took the car for a ride, Pete explained all the features until I understood everything, I signed the paperwork, & I was done & back home in 2-1/2 hours. I can not believe C. Harper sent members of their team to pickup and return my car; I think it's called service at your door. A fantastic service and real peace of mind in our virus days. Second, I think I spoke with Carol (please forgive me if I got that wrong) as my service advisor. She noticed our inspection was nearly up and offered to get that taken care of for us while it was in the shop already for the recall. I really appreciated both her suggestion and helpful, no-pressure approach. She's a pro.
