Very friendly staff, and Haiver is a trooper!!! They listen to your needs and concerns and accommodate your requirements as best as they can. They're clearly service-oriented instead of being profit-driven, and it helps make the experience all the better. One gripe I have though, is that whatever time estimate they give you is usually generous and they end up taking an extra few days or weeks. Take time estimates with a grain of salt. Otherwise, fantastic shop with fantastic service and fantastic work!
