OTR BEWARE Recycling area: They don't advertise the fact that they only give appointment times to Hub Group at 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. & then they expect you to move on a moment's notice because they can't keep up with time, & did not inform me of this prior to docking and dropping the trailer. I was already docked and drop trailer as instructed, not one person when I checked in at the shippong & receiving office or recycling area said anything until after 10:05 when hub group arrived. So now I'm wait over an hour at this point still not even docked on something that would have taken 15 minutes to unload you need a second dock and I spoke with the management about this and he's telling me that cabka is too lazy and cheat because it would cost my little bit of money to make it to where all they have to install as a dock plate and they won't do it now I'm just going to put this up here on reviews to let people know there is one dock and don't show up at or around 7 or 10 in the morning because they will ask you no I'm sorry they will tell you to wait cuz they don't care about anyone except Hub Group they think we have time to waste waiting all day on the contrary no I don't have time I'm away from my family I don't get to go home to my family everyday and instead get 2nd class treatment. And you have another dock plate use it. Update: it took them over an hr do do whatever with the other truck. Only took them 12-15 minutes to unload me...

I am currently an employee for about a year don't know how much longer I will be here the place is full of family members a d friends so you will not be treated fairly if you not part of their group, the bosses don't care cause they only care about their jobs and don't have to do anything and can replace you simple as that Previously I made this post yesterday unsurprisingly I was taken to the office couple hours afterwards...........................fortunately!?.. I still have my job....ps...need to invest in some smaller work pants and life insurance if you understand my meaning FACTS!!!
