I went here not knowing what to expect...but the owner and his wife were extremely help... I had been homeless for abt 4 month and then I saw M&M..which is now \Derksen\ or M&M Portable Buildings..Now, I have a perfect home with payments I can afford. I 100% recommend them....

I would not recommend this business. They lack business ethics and integrity. I was shopping for a portable building and asked if they could tell me if my property owners association would allow this type of building. Without hesitation, they said yes, just match the color to the color of the house's trim. If they had said they didn't know, I would not have purchased the building that day and would have waited until I could confirm it would meet my POA guidelines. Needless to say, they were wrong. When I attempted to return the building, they said no problem, we will refund your money and pick it up. Two weeks later they still did not refund the money or pick up the building. After stopping by for a third time to check on the refund, they said, it should be processed, and gave me a number to call the accounting department. When I spoke to the accounting department they had no record of a refund request and said it could not be done. I then spoke to the sales manager over the Arkansas market and after going back and forth multiple times he finally came back with an offer to refund about 30% of what I paid on a brand new building that has never been used and can be resold for the full value.
