I bought a brand new trailer from them. 4 months later the tires are bald because the axel is over cambered. The service manager had me drop it off and said they would cover under warranty. I dropped it off only to have the GM tell me my 4 month old trailer is no longer supported and that I have to get it repaired by the manufacturer. No repair and they wouldn't even offer to take it to the manufacturer. When I contested, the GM walked off and would not talk. When asked to talk to someone above him, no one would give me a contact. I'll never do business here again.
Awesome service, they had to get my trailer from Texas to Arkansas and they had it to me within 2 days. I would definitely recoup them for all your trailer needs. Shonna was my sales rep and she went above and beyond my expectations.
