Called at 1230 to give an update of arrival time so I wasn't waiting around. Showed up as stated wearing mask. Text before he arrived. Very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and clean work area as he repaired my appliance. Took time to explain questions I asked and even showed me how to take door off for easier cleaning If i wanted to in the future.

Very polite, informative and honest technician. Very refreshing.
Told I could use a coupon from online support then was told i could not on the day of. Also, extreme pressure to make a decision on the spot or face additional charges in the future. Would not allow us time to discuss before making our decision. Cost 150% more for labor than the parts. Will not use in the future and would not recommended for service.
Called with an appliance issue, the tech helped me over the phone and my issue was repairable over the phone. Great service.
