Average at best. Took awhile for their girls to get ready even though there were guys already waiting. Best to come later in the night when things are expected to pick up. The girls are young, probably from late teens to their mid 20s. Beers are pretty reasonable on their pricing. The highlight of my visit was more watching the basketball game that was playing on the television than on the girls. The TLDR; the visit was average, so it wasn't too memorable.
Lived here for 20 years and went in for the first time last night. Decent dive bar atmosphere and everyone was friendly. Good music and cheap drinks. Worth spending some time if your bored.
I'm a truck driver, and I found myself in Little Rock with some spare time. It was already around 0230 and unfortunately I was left with a choice to come here or go to Visions, as they were both open until 5, but in opposite directions. Sadly I chose Sensations, and just as I was pulling into their lot (about 0300) ready to enjoy a couple hours before closing time, they shut all the lights off and locked the door. Next time I'll just head the other direction.
Sincerely, some of the nicest folks I’ve ever dealt with! They went out of their way to help me find a ride home after a prank on the part of my cohorts! Not something you see everyday.
