This is the most unprofessional, unbelievable company I have ever encountered. After FOUR scheduled appointments and no shows, being hung up on three times- a total of about 5 hours on the phone with them.. we solved nothing. Ended up telling them how we really feel and hanging up. I would highly suggest not even wasting your time with this rude company.

Being charged more than I agreed per month, about 20 more. My cable connection is glitchy about 20% of the time. Had better service when I was with Dish. I wouldn't recommend suddenlink to anyone. Get Dish or Direct TV, anything is better than what suddenlink is capable of providing. They know they provide bad service and do nothing to try and make it better. This is the second time I've used them and it's just as bad as the first time, nothing has improved.
I have an unlimited data plan but have been charged data overages for months. Every time I call (5 times now) Im promised it will be credited and the issue will not occur again. My 71 bill is over 500. They shut off my service for unpaid balance. Classy. Zero stars.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!!! We have tried to cancel our television service for over a month. We have called an insane amount of times but always get transferred to be put on hold. No one ever answers. The local office claims to only be able to take payments. The local office doesn't have a phone number even. How can this be possible that I can't cancel my service???
