Update: Replacement order arrived exactly when it estimated. Roommate LOVED the taffy. Not sure of the flavor but she said her favorite so far tasted like butter! Order appears to be lost in the mail. After reaching out the company we found a resolution. Their customer service is excellent, Jen has been very patient even when I lost mine. I can't wait for my roommate to give their salt water taffy a try! Will be giving them more business if their taffy lives up to their reputation!

The Cabot’s Candy Factory is such a beautiful candy store in the heart of Provincetown. The staff are super friendly and caring. We specifically purchased some candy from Cabot’s Candy Factory simply because they provide free bottled water during the summertime for the customers. This simple act of kindness made me truly appreciate Cabot’s Candy Factory and their willingness to give back to customers.
I placed an online order #21927 on 12/17 and paid the extra for priority shipping. The label was created the 18th and the package picked up then sat in MA. for near a week with no movement. Here we are past Christmas, My family has gone and no 2lb box of taffy to surprise nor share. No delivery date on the USPS tracking site as well. I can understand a day or two with Covid etc. but this is beyond ridiculous. I can only hope you will have ethics enough to rectify. While freight is not under your control refunding at least the freight charge is. I am very disappointed as a first time purchaser of Cabot's Candy. Maybe I will give more starts after the arrival and issue is resolved.
A Ptown must! This is the go-to place for the best saltwater taffy you will ever have. I only recommend that you get the taffy at the end of your trip otherwise it will just melt as you're walking around.
Great vintage, family friendly atmosphere meets home made candy. This store is a must visit for anyone in Provincetown.
