I live in Louisiana and could not find a dealer that would compare to what Leon offered for a custom tractor package so I made the deal and then drove to Texas to pick it up. Leon and all the staff were friendly and helpful they had the paper work ready and after Leon demonstrated the operation of the tractor I was on my way back to Louisiana the whole process took a little more than an hour. I would recommend bigtex tractor to anyone. Also there service after the sale is great. I give them a 10 out of 5

Big Tex Tractor is not the closest Branson Dealer to me, but I wanted to buy my tractor from there because they are also a service center, so if I need service later I could go back there. My salesman was Tony. He worked with me over the phone (without ever meeting me) to put together just the package that I needed. I also did my credit application online through their website and got Good Rate and payment. First time I meet Tony was to pickup my tractor !!! I was in and out in about an Hour or so... everything went Great and Smoothly... Tony is a great guy... would definitely do business with him there again... matter of fact, when I get ready I'm going back there for a Backhoe attachment for my New Tractor...

Mike in sales was awesome ! He went out of his way to put together a tractor package that I wanted and stayed in touch until it was delivered. I will update after the 50 hr oil change. Mike USN Retired. Took delivery today Dec 21st, driver unloaded everything and placed in the barn, went over everything with the wife. Some of my first Impressions about this tractor, #1 VERY strong tractor and backhoe, dug up 6 stumps in 2 hrs, #2 the a/c will flat blow you out of the cab, #3 cab is quiet and the radio is loud, #4 all the controls and functions are well placed and easy to use, air ride seat is awesome (wife loves it) happy wife happy life. #5 third function switch is a Must, very smooth operation, #6 this tractor is tier 4 compliant without the use of (DEF) additive, #7 support after the sale, I was brutal on Mike with guestions over the last 5 days and I will tell you that my hat is off to Mike and the folks at Big Tex Tractors, they are in it for the long haul, they are there for you, nothing short of awesome. For those of you that are considering purchasing one of these tractors, I strongly encourage you to do so, you will not beat the price or the customer support and service. I personally own another foreign made tractor and I beat that thing to death and it is still running strong, I just needed a bigger tractor. I will post a short video of the titan hay bale grabber operation hopefully today. Hopefully this review will help in your decision. Thanks for viewing.
