For Many years I have used this business. I lost a young boy to Brain Tumors. In the end days he had to have oxygen. Some days at 100% output and the machine struggles to keep up. Within minutes at times I had O2 bottles readily available. One time I just wanted to take him for a ride and get him outside. Stopped at Pennyrile and they brought small O2 bottles to my truck so we could spend an hour or so outside the home. So I give them five stars and really don't care how much they may or may not have billed my insurance. The care was well worth it. #riddles24hourtowing

Pennyrile home medical took advantage of us by delivering, in addition to what was ordered, equipment that we did not need, refusing to pick it back up, and then attempting to charge our insurance. ..and charging us rent for the unused item when we offered to drive it back in ourselves. The message on their machine about compassionate service is apparently a lie. The is their only goal.
