I always had a great experience at the old location. I'm not sure if they changed staff when they moved but I have had not so good experiences at the Beltline location, service wise. Today when I went to the register I was greeted by a gruff \Phone number.\ I declined to give my number and so she silently rang up my purchases. When I pulled out my bonus card to be punched, she said, \You need to give your phone number to have your card punched.\ I have been shopping at Cake Carousel for 20 years, and have never had to give my phone number to get my bonus card punched. I didn't argue because I didn't want to waste my breath and because I don't intend to shop there any more. I will purchase my supplies elsewhere. I don't need to pay for overpriced items just to be treated rudely. It probably goes without saying, but of course I did not get a \thank you\ when she was done ringing me up.

As a home-based baker/entrepreneur, this place is a Godsend! They have at least 99% what you need to ensure your baked goods are perfect! Every staff member is just absolutely amazing at not only helping you find an item, but they even educate you some very helpful baking tips. Highly recommended!

They are always so nice! I needed to go grab some Better Cream frosting for one of our son’s birthday cakes, it’s his favorite because it tastes like whipped cream, but I didn’t want to run in with all of the kids even if they were wearing masks because I didn’t want them touching everything. The employees were kind enough to take my payment over the phone and even offered bring it out to me!

Customer service is pretty goodhere! They are helpful if you have questions or need recommendations!! The prices can be a bit high but I know cake supplies can sometimes be a bit pricey.

If you love everything cake, cookies and other treat decorating; this is the place for you. Not only do they have everything you need to begin your decorating journey, but they also offer classes to those that would like to learn. I found this place on somewhat of an accident and I've never been more surprised.
