My personal experience with Athas Capital has been great. My wife and I were struggling to find a loan when we were lucky enough to find them. They provided excellent customer service and communicated well with my wife and me. Most importantly, we are now living in our new home thanks to the Athas Capital Team! I would definitely recommend them. They are the best!

Jessica Lane with Athas Capital Group is amazing! It is not easy providing non-traditional financing for home purchases but in my 15 years as an Originator, she is one of the best Account Executives I have ever worked with. Jessica orchestrated my Clients deal with professionalism and punctuality. YES we closed on time! The deal was based soley on his P&L - rates were competitive and she structured the deal perfectly! Jonathan Pruitt & Athas Capital is the worse lender and account rep in the industry. There is zero communication between Athas and the broker because they never answer your call and when you do get a hold of the rep, he lies to you regarding the status of the loan. The more I followed up with the loan, the more agitated & ruder he became. The conversations became very unprofessional and due to their lack up response, professionalism, quality of work, I lost a 1.175m deal. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
