I have really enjoyed participating in the various classes through Movement Works. My favorite yoga class has been at Sunset Beach park. I recently attended yoga and body pump classes at the studio. I liked that I was welcomed by all the people attending; it feels like a little community. The instructors were engaging and they took time to make sure new folks were able to keep up and learn what was practiced. I would highly recommended taking a class here.
