5 stars because: 1. proximity to home 2. ease of parking 3. excellent service 4. cleanliness 5. professional and friendly demeanor I NEVER want to talk during my massages however today I met Rachel and we chatted about life and living during most of the massage. When I got quiet she followed my cues. She worked on my hardened cervical/thoracic muscles and relieved the tension. I hope I find the time to go back for the facial/massage special. The only thing I would change is if they had a relaxation room for clients to wind down in after/before your appointment. This is just the cherry on the sundae for me, first world problems I know!
