BUYER BEWARE. Do whatever you need to do to buy your parts somewhere else. This guy does not take returns and he's super unpleasant. Took him 3 weeks to call me back and when he did he basically laughed at me when he said he wasn't going to take my unopened parts back. So now I'm out almost 800. He told me it's because they don't take back any electronic parts bought on-line. He could have been a good guy but he chose not to. I have 2 Caldera Spas that are both due for an upgrade and I won't be upgrading to Caldera again because of this situation. When I spoke to Caldera's main manufacturing Watkins They are familiar with this guys behavior and there's nothing they can do. So they were unable to help hold this guy accountable. So with that being said you guys have lost a long time loyal Caldera customer.

I recently purchased a brand new top of the line Caldera Spa and had an issue with the LCD console upon delivery. I received contact from ownership based on our original buying experience and It’s clear that Caldera makes a superior product which reflects how passionate ownership is in resolving any concerns when it comes to the customer experience. If the owner of a business takes the time to contact me, it shows me that they truly do care about their products and clients that pay top dollar. Based on the result of the call, I know that Caldera Spas will take care of all my needs now and again in the future.

No customer support - Bought a heater relay board and several other items. The board worked great when first installed but after a month or so, I had to constantly reset the board by cycling the power on the hot tub. After 6 months, it stopped working altogether. I called and left a voicemail while also sending an email inquiring about warranty support. I received no response at all. Not even sure if they're still in business.
