We bought a brand new Maytag dishwasher on 7/10/20 and it was not cheap. It worked for 3 weeks and then one day randomly stopped mid cycle and gave an error code. Called Jimmy Payne's a couple of times and they advised they could not help and to call Maytag direct. I called (probably 20 times to date), initially the part was on back order, 2.5 months later after many calls...the part arrives broken. Now in nearly November a third party company finally replaced the part - only to determine that it also needs another part replaced. We are still hand washing dishes after spending close to a grand on a machine that should last years and do it for me. After hearing from others I do not think this place is selling quality appliances. Unfortunately I'll have to stick with Big Box Home Depot & Lowes who would have already replaced it to insure we were taken care of. * Oh, the people are nice
