Tried them for the first time to order 2 hams and 2 Prime Ribs for a Christmas Party, Paid for 2 day shipping got it 5 days later after the Party, I don't think it was their fault for the delay in delivery I give that to blame to UPS. Spoke with their Customer Service regarding the late delivery and the fact the Prime Rib packaging had a hole in it see pics below, I asked for my shipping cost to be refunded and as of this post still have not received it. This will be the LAST order from them and would suggest people to look around before ordering from this Company.

We love stopping by and checking out the deals! We also love bringing out of town guests by.. So they have a nice remembrance of their trip while they were here, ;)
My mail order arrived completely thawed out and moldy. I contacted them and they are the rudest customer service ever and refuse to refund me. Avoid them at all costs.
Burgers Smokehouse products are great, but I most likely will not order again! Burgers' ships through UPS, and quite frankly they fall way below my expectations! As I write this review, still waiting for my order, check delivery status, and it continues to be delayed! Wish I lived in California, MO I'd shop there, great meats, but awful delivery service for out of state!
I've purchased from Burgers' for years. The food is top notch, extremely delicious. Never had a bad experience from this company. Just had the smoked pheasant this evening, I would challenge anyone to top it.
