I was given a 2 day wait for the tech to contact me about fixing my laptop. Heard nothing for a week so I stopped by the store and was told they were trying to find the correct screen and they would be in touch with me. Once again heard nothing for about 2 weeks. I called again to have my calls ignored. When the owner finally got back to me I was told the screen is fixed but they broke the bezel on the screen and I would be responsible for replacing it, even though it was intact when dropped off. My husband went to pick up the laptop and asked for the broken bezel and was told they can’t find it. So I ended up with an ever worse laptop. I will be contacting the better business bureau, this establishment should be shut down. ALSO THE OWNER JUST CALLED ME AND YELLED AT ME FOR 8 MINUTES ABOUT THIS REVIEW.
