I RARELY give reviews, unless it’s absolutely outstanding or terrible. In this case, I’m happy to say that it is the former. :) McAdams gave me a simple upfront quote and performed the polishing on an obvious scuff on my Rolex. He finished in just a couple minutes. He is a LIFESAVER. His asking price for the service is also extremely reasonable. So much so, that I ended up paying a little extra for my own peace of mind. I will definitely be coming back for my jewelry and timepieces!!!!

Change Matters

So look no further, I took my husband's wedding band to be repaired. The band hand to be cut off his finger. I was Amazed at the repair and cleaning. My wedding ring needed a diamond replaced and brackets fixed man was I impressed when I picked my ring up. It looked Brand new again. All was replaced for a reasonable rate. The other jewelry stores wanted double for what mines was done for at McAdams. As long as I'm local he has our business #polite #Fast #Greatprice #Honest

Have had several watches that needed links taken out, batteries replaced etc. this man is excellent. Support the little guy! This guy knows his stuff. Getting ready to take dive watch to him with rotating bezel that popped off. I’m sure he will be able to fix.

I brought my Citizen watch here for a battery replacement. He replaced the battery, cleaned the watch, and set it. Very professional and very kind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in SOMD. Fast, good customer service, and fair price.

So i needed to get two new batteries for my wrist watch. I had a Micheal Kors watch and a Movado. Not sure how much it would cost and how long it would take but I wanted to give this place a shot. There are three words that describes this place, fast, affordable, and friendly. It took less than ten minutes and half the price of what I thought I would spend. I have a few more watching sitting around that need a new battery and i will be sure to come back.
