BEST craft store in the area! Pleasant staff that unlike their biggest local competitor, do not seem to belong to a religious cult.
Pros: Good variety of items. Reasonable prices. Customer service ,at checkout, excellent. Cons: lack of assistance on sales floor, disorganized & messy merchandise , long wait at checkout lines.
I find a lot of craft items at Micheals. It's usually the first place I go for many items. Normally quite well supplied, but not so much recently. Hope it is only a temporarily situation. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
