I would give a minus if I could. I had a job that was 25 copies of one item. I did put it in late and explained my dilemma in a courteous friendly manner and did not receive any help. I have had issues in the past that needed same day and the staff was kind enough to look at the job to see if they can accommodate me especially since no one else was in the store. The employee took the time to stop several times when I tried to do it myself instead of just looking to see if she can help me. I'm guessing that if I acted like a child and made a scene I would have been helped. Good behavior is no longer rewarded at this store
