I HOPE YOU LOVE DIRT. There is a HUGE empty lot (95% dirt; 5% junk) right next to the park. On a windy day and there are a lot your car, home (inside to if you have windows open or cracked) are always covered in dirt dust. As far as I know the owners do nothing to petition the city or contact the property owner to allow grass to grow or something to hold the dirt down.
