Beautiful, high quality products. We put leather patches on hats and had keychains made. Our customers ask for them every time a rep shows up. Looking forward to purchasing some of Dekni's other premium products.
Dekni is an honest business I would do business again with should the opportunity present itself. I had a couple of issues with my order and the owner was expeditious, courteous, and reasonable. While ultimately I canceled my order, it was only because what I wanted was something that couldn’t be delivered. During the unprecedented times of COVID I realize and appreciate the lengths and expense this company has gone to do the right thing in my case. Hopefully we can connect on a project down the road.
Dekni has amazing customer service, and the quality of their hats is great. We get so many compliments on our hats from Dekni. We will continue to order from them!
Trusted previous reviews and had the opposite experience. Horrible response time, emails and phone calls/messages were all ignored. After paying for my order and then being ignored for a month straight I couldn't even get in touch with anyone to cancel my order. They seem more than happy to take your money but don't want to deliver on anything else. Terrible customer service. I don't expect to ever get my money back and I would never order from them again. It seems like this operation is probably not very legitimate.

I am thoroughly impressed with the hats we received! This is by far the hippest swag item we have ever given out and people are loving them. The quality of the leather and detailed stitching draw your eye right up to the beautiful patch and our logo. If you haven't bought leather patch hats yet, you need to!
