Worked with Call One for non profit telecom needs for over 13 years. While they used to be a great company with awesome reps and good prices, the last four years has been painful and very expensive. Rotating reps that could care less, lack luster service, high prices, unrealistic contracts, incorrect billing, poor communication, and cancelation times that are structured to suck as much money as possible out of your business. If you are looking for telecom, hard pass on Call One, Inc.

I've been on hold for over hour trying to schedule a conference call for today. with all that's going on, it's unfortunate that they are not reliable in such a time when conference calls are needed.
I will give this company 1 star As far as being an employee at 225 Wacker Drive Chicago Il. The place is totally unprofessional. Horrible training, salary is terrible and the entire Management team needs extensive training on how to manage employees. No one knows what their doing so they wing it. One huge gossip mill. Confidential information is always leaked. You cant confide in anyone because the majority are related or best friends. CRABS IN A BARREL! Im not sure how they survived this long..it’s unbelievable that their still in business.
Starting pulling accounts away from Callone and they jacked the rates up 10x. Don't respond to emails or calls. Continued to charge for accounts that were disconnected over a year ago.
