We live in Shingle Springs and have used AT&T, Comcast, and now Cal.net. Cal.net is the most reliable and amazing service I have had. During the lockdown, we were using zoom on two computers, and with two kindles for the kids. We also have smart devices and a smart thermostat. We had one outage, and I was able to talk to someone local, even at 8:30 at night and get the issue fixed right away. I'm super grateful for this service. I highly recommend cal.net.

I have never taken the time to write a bad review, but Cal.net's customer support warrants one. They give no power to their support line workers. They are only able to instruct you to reboot your router. And they are unable to transfer you to anyone who can actually help out. I've had to call 15 times in the past week and my problem still isn't solved. This isn't the first time in the past year that I have had this experience. If you have another choice for internet, I say go with that.

I called for service in the afternoon and they were here the next morning hooking up our service! The tech was extremely polite, made sure we understood everything, and answered all our questions. We received a call a couple days later to make sure all was well. They have exemplary customer service!!

I want to give a big thank you to Pamela. She was awesome in walking me through to reconnect my WIFI on my home TV. I can now view my NETFLIX programs. I was very frustrated at first, but she was able to calm me down and gave me step by step directions on how to reconnect my WIFI to my TV. Pamela, Thank you very much.
