Horrible, horrible experience with the sales person and manager. I call for two vehicles I was interested in but needed more information before I went out there. It dealt with warranties. At first I asked about if they would work with the price if another dealership had the exact same vehicle lower, the answer was No. I asked about if the vehicles were certified and what was the difference, it seemed like making an informed decision was bad. The sales woman Rosa would get back to me but not friendly at all. Never called me so I called and she answered with an attitude when I mentioned I never got a call back. She put me on hold then Peggy (manager) answered. Gave me the information I requested but again not a pleasant person to speak to. Made an appointment but later decided it wasn't worth giving my money to them. I don't patronize a business with employees like that.

Decided to treat Myself to a newer used car. I really didn't want to pay alot and I didn't want a car note. I brought My Son to show Him if You work hard and save. You can get whatever You want. My goal is to Own everything I have. No car note. 2019 Chevy, Impala. Probably the quickest sale to date. Paid in full. My favorite color. Rims and interior accessories. I got to do better at negotiating. Overall good service. Black Woman salesman.
