Why did the guy at the cash register just turn us away from making an order saying that they are not accepting orders right now? We ask why they said they were busy making pretzels. So does every other pretzel place that still serves when open. They didn't evne take an order and have us come back later. What the hell! Never seen anything like it before.

There was a roach crawling on the counter when placing an order of the cin-a-bites. I will never order from them again. Asked for a refund instantly. Plus the man had an attitude and bad Customer service.
