Unprofessional. Brought battery here to be tested/charged at 9.30am, came to pick up at 6.30pm and my batter was still being charged. Rep couldn't tell me when it was put in and with it being dead he though possibly it was put in right before I arrived. Unacceptable. He offered to charge it overnight but I don't even want to be bothered. I knew coming to this advance would be some bs.
