Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will never get your dress but she will take your money, read reviews here & on Yelp before you go here! We ordered my daughters dress in August, 9 months Leaving the store and have it and she will not return phone calls & we recently learned that she does this to everybody, If you do get through to her, it is pure lies and excuses…Don’t know how she’s still doing business

I loved them! My wedding date was quicker than most and they had a great selection of dresses I could take home right away. They were upfront with me about what was realistic and what was going to cut it too close. I ended up taking home one of the dresses they already had there so I could start alterations right away. My Aunt ended up ordering a veil for me too!

I bought my dress at Camarillo Bridal, and the service was excellent. I worked with Lisa, Ashley, and Christina. They all listened to what I wanted in a dress and helped me find the perfect dress. (They have so many beautiful dresses!) They didn’t mind when I wanted to come in another day, so my mom could see the dress when she was in town from out of state. When it came to measurements, Ashley measured me perfectly, so my dress needed minimal alterations. I would definitely recommend Camarillo Bridal to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress.

My first experience walking into the store was excellent. I had read many positive Yelp reviews, particularly about Kristina, and she lived up to her reputation. She was attentive, sweet, and every dress she picked out for me showed that she was in tune with my personal style. She was/is wonderful. Long story short, everything since the purchase of my dress has been a nightmare. It took them five months to get my dress in store, I had to call their store for a month to get them to give me my dress, they lost part of my order/lied about its whereabouts, and I still have yet to hear back from them about why or what they're going to do about it. I have left multiple voicemails and no one ever cares to call me back. To get any answers I have to show up in store (not a convenient drive for me but it's the only way anyone will speak to me). I've been in customer service for over 10 years, and I know that accidents happen. But when they happen, there's usually an apology and an effort to fix it. Ashley does not care about her customers once they have purchased their dress. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

My daughter decided last minute to go prom with her friends. We didnt' have time to go down to the place on Main street . The girl at this store pointed me to a bridesmaid dresses . Luckily we found a dress that would work but it didn't fit. These ladies went out of their way to call their seamstress to fix the dress. We went to Linda's and she took us in that same day. Happy to say she made it to prom in time. Feeling Blessed
