Affordable rent and a great location but I don't think I'll be renewing. My car was vandalized while parked next to the office. I went to the office to find out there's no security cameras. I feel as though another tenant targeted my car because I'm on disability and don't leave often, so it was parked in the same spot for a few days. This sucks cause now I feel as though my car will just be targeted again if I don't move it daily.

Even though some of the neighbors seem to have really big fights all the time... it doesn't take away how safe and wonderful my experience here has been! Everyone is friendly neighbors and specially staff! Tony has been on a great roll helping us when we have maintenance issues responding promptly and alway fixing the problem and Katie was an amazing professional when helping us move in! I only wish we could use the pool services but to the staff our safety is first so kiddos for that decision!
Loved living at Camarillo Oaks Apartments, Really wish I still could COVID-19 came around in February 2020 I lost my Small business I couldn't afford to live there anymore. Worked hard all my life its gone in 2 months. But I really liked the people in the office. My dog Tebow had fun living at Camarillo Oaks Apartments
I love this apartment complex and my apartment! It's inviting & lush with positive vibes! The office staff is friendly & Vanessa was absolutely wonderful. She understood my needs and necessities and graciously helped secure a new home perfect for me. Maintenance was wonderful as well. Came and assessed what was needed, returned within a few days to install. So far I am very pleased with my decision!
I moved in the early part of October and Vanessa, and everyone, where very nice. I like the apartment, especially for the price. With Vanessa and everyone else at the office being so nice; I do recommend Camarillo Oaks.
