HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. With a camping trip planned for the next day, I was stuck with a truck that would not start due to an old, defective alarm system. I searched for ‘mobile car alarm service’ online and found Sound Dr. 911... David actually came to my house in the evening after closing his shop and removed the old system. The truck then started right up, saving our camping trip and allowing me to continue driving the truck. I can’t say enough about David.., professional, competent, and a super nice guy. They were super polite and incredibly passionate about their work, which is impeccable. The install is so clean that I forget it's there. This is the same review I left on Yelp, wanted to share my experience on multiple sites. I received a dash cam as a gift and was looking around for someone to install it. Did a search on line and found Sound Doctor 911. They were pretty close by and had a great rating so I called and asked if they could install something like that. They had me up and running pretty quickly and it's tucked away behind my rear view mirror, the cable is well hidden, too. Extremely satisfied with the work performed, plus the customer service was outstanding. I just met them when taking my car in, but I was treated like I was a familiar face that had work done there regularly. If I ever need something else done, Sound Doctor 911 will be the first (and probably only) place that I call!
