Incredible company. Truly, selfless heroes who drove all the way to Texas from California to help people affected by the crazy storm we had. We didn't have hot water for 2 weeks and no plumbers in Austin had any availability for a month, these guys saved the day!

We had a plumbing emergency and this company went out of their way to help us, even though our service request came in last minute, toward the end of their workday. The other plumbing companies we reached out to weren’t willing to help in our “crunch.” This company did - we totally felt their concern for us. In the evening after their regular appointments had ended, they could have called it a day. But instead, they articulated they wanted to make sure we were taken care of and didn’t want us to go overnight without access to water (we had to keep our main water line turned off)! We so much appreciated their care & compassion during our crisis! Their care, concern, and commitment was so refreshing! They were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We will now ALWAYS contact them first for any future plumbing needs!
United has been fantastic to work with. Customer service has been A. They've done their best to help me understand the process and what it takes to get the job done. Seems like they want it done correctly the first time while keeping me in the loop... which has been my experience with them. Very pleased with the quality of work and the experience working with them. Highly recommended!
Had a great experience with United Electric. We used them through our home warranty insurance. They had good customer service over the phone, they helped me work with the insurance to make sure our claim was accurate and would be covered. The technician/contractor they sent out was great- he fixed both issues we had in a timely matter, communicated with us throughout the process, and was generally professional and courteous. Would definitely use united electric again.
