Ordered twice in the past and browse often because there is always a steady stream of new used stock. The miniatures turn up well packed. More importantly, when I tried to get in touch on the homepage through their chat window thet responded nearly immediately. So here we are. I just wish I could justify buying even more, but I'd suggest you make up for it.

This is an amazing site that I have bought many minitures including warhammer 40k, D&D minitures, and even a few wacky vintage minitures. With the great discounts this place is always a steal from market price.
Several orders have arrived packaged exceptionally well with attention to detail for more fragile pieces. Customer service is very quick, friendly, and helpful. If i have a question it is usually answered in minutes! Prices are also reasonable. Highly Recommended!!!
The turn around was a bit slow ...but the fact that they reached out to me after a horrible experience with frontline gaming spoke volumes......they have a customer for life

I have used mindtaker 5 or 6 times now. Customer service has been great. Easily communicated with on Facebook messenger. Products were received within a week of placing my order... usually 2-3 days. And you always get a free bag of m&ms.
