Please go elsewhere, you'll wish you would have I booked a reservation (BK-68H2Y4) on 10/20/17 after an in message with the supplier negotiating a price. The reservation was for Sept 17-Sept 29 of 2018. Two days later, the supplier (not Campanda, but the owner of the RV) cancelled the reservation, saying he thought it was for this year (Even though we are in October). While a rep from Campanda did call me asap to let me know what happened, they did not offer anything. Also, Campanda only takes the deposit online, then you need to talk with the foreign owner to discuss balance payment. This includes the security deposit. So, if you have any issues, it's between you and the private person. Also read Campanda's faqs. A supplier can cancel his contract at any time, and it only costs him 75 bucks, but will cost you alot more to change plans. Like another person said, book directly with a company that own's it own RV's, not sources them. I think Campanda needs to act like Airbnb, so that more responsibility is offloaded to the owner, not the affected party. No one gets paid until after it is all set and done, and there is an unbiased mediator to assist.
