Arthur is a great attorney. He is a great advocate to have in your corner. He helped me on my dispute with my landlord, where my landlord was trying to bully me into moving out. He stood up for me and even though my roommate was uncertain and wanted to just give up and just move, Arthur assured me that we had a great case and we just needed to \take a chill pill.\ I sat on my hands for a while and after a few volleys, the landlord finally caved and settled the case. The time from him taking my case to getting a settlement was less than 2 weeks. My settlement was for more money than I really could have hoped for and helped me pay for moving expenses and the costs of moving. I will always be grateful for the help from Arthur.

Arthur charged me 825 for getting a 775 security deposit back. He sent a demand letter for me, and the landlord returned me the security deposit. The issue was thus resolved. However, Arthur was very unresponsive. This simple case took 5 months (April 2018 to Sep 2018) as he disappeared for quite a while. He said it was because he moved and got distracted. In the end, he kept all the initial retainer as he charged me a lot for reading emails, reviewing pictures, and speaking with landlord. I have encountered many excellent lawyers, and Arthur is the only one unprofessional!
