I adore this shop and especially appreciate the collaboration with Wellness in Motion! After regular visits I am rehabbing some major injuries AND well dressed for my winter running with the fantastic selection of offerings from the store. To boot, the folks who run the shop are kind, knowledgable and super delightful all around.

Was in need of my first good pair of running shoes, and the staff was highly knowledgeable and very kind and helpful! The gentleman working watched my stride/gait and brought out different options that fit my run style. They allowed me to run up and down the block in the shoes I was trying on, trying out different combos of the shoes on my left and right foot. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, and I would recommend you go here for any of your running needs.

Went in needed a pair of shorts as I under packed for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately they didn't have anything in my size. I don't hold that against them as many running stores don't seem to stock much for larger guys. They did however have a large selection of shoes, clothing and accessories in a decent sized store. Plus there branded stuff looks amazing, I seriously wanted to buy all of their branded gear. Highly recommend unless you are a huskier lad just looking for run clothing.
