The food is good, obviously but make sure you have patience if you’re trying to get a table. The Yelp waitlist is super convenient but we were still waiting a wicked long time. The hostess is super patient though I give her so much credit

Loved this place with its design, hospitality and more importantly the tasty food and excellent ramen. The ambiance is also very nice and modern. We were seated on a family style table. We really liked this place and willing to come back here again. Totally recommended!!!!!!!

3 words -- \Authentic Japanese Ramen!\ Need I say more? Service is good. There are 2 Santouka restaurants and I think its the same owner. I would take a train to come to the one in Harvard Square. There is one down the street from me, but I would only come to this one because I do not like the waiters service in the back bay location. Loved the almond pudding dessert as well!

so many ramen places popping up but none are as good as this one. the vegetarian broth is so good. the quality is always fresh and i trust everyone working there to keep us safe during this pandemic. they help explain the menu and always offer great recommendations. if you are googling ramen places right now look no further - just go here.
