Gappsi has been installing Paving stones for over 35 years, and we have been installing Cambridge pavers and wall systems since Cambridge started manufacturing them. They make a very nice colors selection and high quality products. We also display them at the Gappsi showroom. I read a couple of negative reviews about the pavers, and by looking at those pictures and Comments I can assure you with my 35 years experience, that there is nothing wrong with those pavers. Pavers are manufactured of a combination of Sand Cement and Color pigments and then molded in to shapes. The reactions that appear on concrete pavers its caused by the environment they are in, if the are close to water, close to specific trees or plants, if the water in a neighborhood you live in is reach in iron and minerals, salt water pools, your landscaper fertilizing you lawn and trees, products that homeowners might use to was their patio, the amount of ice melter that is piled up unevenly on the pavers, acid rain, pour drainage caused by not so good installation, lime and calcium rising up from concrete base or bleeding from behind steps and walls and mostly run offs from soil behind retaining walls and planters that were not properly drained! PAVERS ARE TO PATIOS LIKE PAINT IS TO A WALL. IF THE WALLS FALLS DOWN, ITS NOT BECAUSE THE PAINT WAS A BAD PAINT!!!!

The product speaks for itself. I recently had my patio done by @anthonypetermasonry. My pool patio is ten years old. The two look like they were done in the same job. It keeps the original color and looks like new. Also, Chuck, the Cambridge rep stopped by three times during the job which says something about this company.

My contractor NJ Pavers talked me into using Cambridge pavers. Did a whole patio and spent 25k. Immediately, I saw discoloration on 80% of the pavers. The contractor came back tried to clean it. Cambridge rep Chris Krupa came and tried different things to clean it. Told me to wait all 4 seasons, this was ormal\. The following spring, the pavers looked horrible. They looked about 10 years old. Had Chris from Cambridge come back. He agreed that they did not look good. The only option he gave me was he would seal my pavers at no cost once. But it would not take away the weathered look of them. You don't need to seal brand new pavers. Plus that is a cost I would have to keep up with. My contractor NJ Pavers in Freehold, NJ said, he has never seen BRAND NEW pavers look so horrible. Cambridge commercials state they stand by their product. NOT true. I reached out to Cambridge sent them a detailed email of the situation. Waited 2 weeks they never responded. Sent a follow up email and they sent me back an email stating \Chris Krupa has been clear regarding your project. No further response needed from our company\ They didn't apologize, for a 2 year struggle with the new pavers, never wanted to see pictures, or even STAND by their product. They are the WORST in my eyes. My contractor, felt embarrassed and horrible. He offered to remove all pavers and replace them FREE of charge. I wish I didn't have to replace them with Cambridge pavers. NJ Pavers came and replaced everything for free out of their own inventory. Now that is a STAND up company. I was amazed and very thankful. NEVER USE CAMBRIDGE. They will not stand by there product.
