Not Good! Ordered a noodle dish that had no noodles in it at all. They didn’t add the noodles, hello! The other items had over cooked almost burnt scallion pancake and old grease/oil that tasted like everything for past week was cooked in it and soaked into the pancake. The chicken was dry even in a sauce and other dishes not fresh and poor quality. Not going to order here again. Should have known when delivery person had a problem with handing the order over that there was a problem with the food. Better for the restaurant to take the time to clean the oils and use fresh ingredients and genuine, not substitute or fake flavor profiles and old items to ensure customer satisfaction instead of bad reviews. Better for me to order elsewhere to ensure quality of order.

I regularly arrive buying some food in here. I loved the speedy customer service and well prepared food. Kudos.

The food was ok. I ordered the Malaysian curry it was not great but it wasn't terrible. My husband had the PadThai and it was tasty. The pan fried raviolis are more like dumplings. The waiter was really nice but the atmosphere in the restaurant was odd and quiet.

I ordered Nenas Chicken and Singapore Rice Noodles for pickup. The food was dangerously delicious and the portions were very generous too! I highly recommend Royal East to anyone who loves authentic Malaysian and Chinese food.

If there's anything you should probably want to order, this is it. What is it exactly? Battered deep fried Salt & Pepper Pork Chop slices. Crispy on outside, succulent and moist on the inside. A perfect balance of well seasoned crunchy goodness. Also if this is your first time visiting a Malaysian or Singaporean restaurant, you'll want to try the Popiah (Pe̍h-ōe-jī: pȯh-piáⁿ) a Fujianese/Chaoshan-style fresh spring roll common in South East Asia. This one in particular originates from Singapore while not as elaborate as one that's homemade, it's pretty good. We also ordered the spicy Singapore noodles (that's actually not from Singapore) and some spicy Sichuan Green Beans and a lackluster Mapo Tofu (I'd given this a pass). All in all a really great place to eat at, order out or cater from. By far, one of the better Asian restaurants in Cambridge.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Boston/Cambridge. It serves tasty Malaysian (and Singaporean) food like Laksa, Chow fun, Pohpiah, etc. We got takeout one night and proceeded to eat up a feast at home. Service is excellent in the past when we dined in, but even just ordering takeout, everything went really smoothly and the staff was so polite and helpful.
