I'm a man of honor, so for this reason I want to take this opportunity to apologise for my harsh criticism of Ez plus and the performance of the tech who worked on my car.... I was wrong... It turned out to be a case of miscommunication between the tech and myself. I was unaware that my windows were tinted before I owned the vehicle and some of the old glue was left behind and that was the reason for the bad look of the job. The guy didn't think that I wanted to spend the extra money to remove the old glue that was left behind and based on where the glue was he probably didn't see it until he set the paper, either way he didn't tell me and that's how we got to the point where I was so frustrated. As I said before, they're good people and when I went back yesterday we had a conversation that led to compromise and a solution and that is good business and I trust good business all day and I would recommend them because through this entire situation, they were not rude or nasty and I appreciate that.

I asked to be paired with speakers compatible to my amplifier. Less than 24hrs later my trunk is smoking and im out of over 200 dollars... keep in mind i spent over 600 there yesterday. I noticed right after i paid he said no warranty.... im lile oh nice but the speakers are compatible right... the owner reassured me they were and that was not the case. Way to lose a great customer

I told them to fix my old phone and the guy didn't even put the glue on the side of the phone and put my phone cover to try to hide it I didn't notice until 2 weeks later when my uncle was giving complaints that the phone was half open from the side he didn't even put the right glue on the phone
