My father passed away and my sister picked Mr Lindsey to be the attorney. First off he believed my sister was the oldest child, all he had to do was look at the birthdays and know she was not. Second, my sister was and to my knowledge still is not capable of managing finiances (court ordered). Third when asked to place a lien against someone, wouldn't (owing estate several thousands). Fourth was basically compliant in theft of guns. Fifth took over 6 (SIX) years and a half years to complete. Sixth evidently has no math skills (gave three people 66% of one thing). Seventh knows that fraud has been committed and did nothing about it. I hope the Bar Association looks into your mismanagement, Mr Lindsey.
