After 30 years, our first econo lift needs replaced. We have been happy for 3 decades with their quality, customer service & prices. Even when challenged by low water, slippery boat ramps & unpredictable weather, the crew of Tom, Cory, Dillon & Cody have come through. Well done gang & thanks for your excellent work....ryan family

RUDE, RUDE and more RUDE!! Never got past the first phone call. I called today needing parts to repair an older lift. The man who answered the phone couldn’t be bothered, was unhelpful and very rude. Generally, when things go sour at the very beginning, they rarely ever get better after they have your money. I called another company in Camdenton and talked to a very helpful lady and bought my part from her.
I contacted EconoLift today about some minor maintenance that needed to be done. Great experience in talking with Kyle and a can do positive attitude. I have had EconoLift since about 2004 and have always been very satisfied. They work hard to keep the customer happy.
Had our new lift installed over memorial weekend. I was able to do everything over the phone and email. The staff was great to work with, answered all of my questions and was installed on time and as promised. Installers were nice and did a professional job. We love the lift and highly recommend this company. Brian
Tom and his crew are a pleasure to work with. I just had them install a PWC lift and 6500 lb lift for my pontoon. Had a delay of one day through no fault of theirs but Tom called immediately to explain the issue and apologize. Happy to recommend them to anyone needing a new lift.
