Beautiful area! Loved visiting when all the leaves had fallen, you can see so far away and we weren't quite as exhausted from walking! Didn't have the energy for the stairs leading to the waterfall but the ruins and the natural bridge were awesome. Highly recommend! Lots of benches and places to rest too.

Great place for sight seeing and walking around in the outdoors. Very easy access with parking close by.

Since my last visit, the ruins have been fenced off at a pretty good distance. There are a few places where you can see in, but you cannot walk right up to the walls like in the past. The area is pretty well kept, though. Trails are clean and cleared. The natural bridge is beautiful and always feels cool even when it's 90 degrees out. I didn't get a chance to fish, but they were jumping out of the water in the middle of the afternoon. Can't wait to bring my kit next time!

The castle ruins are pretty cool to see. The castle interior was completely gutted by the fire. However, the interior and exterior stone work are still standing, very impressive nonetheless. There are several trails of varying length so you can enjoy the area. A must see! DO IT!!!

Great place to visit. There is a fence around it so you cannot get as close as you used to be able to. The walk is not long at all.
