We got there and seemed like they didn't want help us. When someone finally did talk to us. He told us where they kept what we was kinda looking for then disappeared. We went in for an oversize recliner and a mattress. When we didn't find what we was looking for with the recliner he reappeared and showed us the beds then disappeared again. We looked around found one we wanted and waited for him to show back up. It didn't seem like he really thought he was going sell us something for it im guessing. I really not sure but don't think he should kept disappeared though.When we told him what we wanted he disappeared again. He finally tells us they had order it and would be anywhere from a week to six weeks no big deal. Went to pay he added a box spring which we didn't need and a 100 delivery fee. Didnt see this till after I paid had go back fix this problem and since used a check it took forever. Love the mattress just wish they won't judge people and know how use their computer system. Stop assuming they want extra stuff also especially if the person told them they only need a mattress

I recently had knee surgery and Rhonda from Missouri Furniture in Ozark worked with me on the phone for several hours to find a power recliner that I would like and that was available. I appreciated her help and assistance. The chair was delivered on time by Bryan and Jimmy who were very friendly, helpful and courteous.

I worked with Sherry Evans I want you all to go visit her. Sherry listened to my needs picked up on my likes and dislikes. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all of their brands and there are over 60. I never felt pressured Sherry allowed me to take home material and wood samples to choose what looked best in our home. Tristan and Brandon just delivered/installed our new GE Cafe’ stove and dishwasher. They were very efficient, congenial and helpful during the entire process. My appliances are beautiful! If you are looking for new appliances, I would highly recommend that you check out Missouri Furniture.
