Probably the worst CPAP supply store in the Kansas City area. The customer service is ridiculously slow. I waited 8 months to get my machine back from getting fixed and it still doesn't work. I called today to let them know and see what can be done and I'm told they'll call me back. I never got a call back. I've had problems before with getting my sleep logs for DOT physicals also. I'm currently looking for another supply company.
