I trusted them to create a recovery plan that would work for my spouse. They did not return calls, they did not give the family a plan for when he returned, they truly set him up for failure. He came home and relapsed within a week. I called for help TWICE and they did not call me back. I just picked him up from prison and they could have prevented it by properly advising he needed more help or at least returning my calls. Take your loved ones literally anywhere else if you want them to get help.
