This employer does not respect their employees. Great paying job but will not recommend it to anyone of color.
All I can is they good peoples here they get u loaded an unloaded an ur gone with in 15 to 20. Love makeing delivery here
Really nice shipping guy and they are very particular about their product and saftey. The only downside is there's no nowhere to park while you are waiting to back-in for loading. No parking on the street signs but you really don't have a choice when checking in. Obviously they don't enforce it. First-timers have to watch the safety video.
I worked for Atlas Roofing, Camphill PA. for 23 years. In Jan 2018 I reported a white guy who said the \N\ word to a black man. This white guy was written up but somehow he found out I reported him and he started harassing me. I reported this retaliation twice and on may 4th I was terminated for having a bad attitude but this white guy still works there. there is so much wrong with this world today, I don't understand how this can still happen in 2018. will this color barrier ever end. I am not sorry for standing up for what is right but it hurts so much. where is the justice? I am at a loss and so distraught. Why does standing up for what is right turn out to be bad for me?
