Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. One called the supplier while I was at the counter to get information about a part I needed. A wonderful breath of fresh air compared with non-existent service at the big box stores.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Jeffery has no idea how to talk to customers and simply raises his voice for no reason. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! Poor ran BUSINESS With Very poor product and horrible customer service!! Save yourself the headache!

Cumberland County is in this \green\ phase, they have barriers set up to keep you from the counter, but they are strictly enforcing masks... Except for staff if they're at their desks, chatting it up at someone else's desk, or one of the warehouse personnel that comes inside. Lose the double standard. I'll drive out of the way to stay away. Be consistent.
