as a provider, I say don't contract with them. they don't send authorizations. they say its a technical issue and its overdue by 3 weeks. unfortunately this delays payroll as they are linked with hhax. we will re evaluate our contract with them

These people are so incompetent and impotent and negligent that should not be surprised to find themselves under investigation by the PA Insurance Commissioner and in court defending fraud charges. I AM STILL Waiting for N ID card. It is now more than six weeks and not the five to seven business days promised. Five phone calls and no card. Can't get cancer surgery scheduled without the card. Worst insurance, doesn't pay for anything They need shut down and imprisoned Anyone having this insurance should file a lawsuit, preferably a class action because it is a full estate recovery program, be aware.
